Introduction to Nintendo Network ID on Nintendo 3DS

Registering a Nintendo Network ID on a Nintendo 3DS family system allows you to share your game experiences with the community on Miiverse, and more. A Nintendo Network ID is also required to download free software, game demos, and free videos from Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS.
