Auto-renewal settings can only be managed through Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch if the Pokémon HOME Premium Plan was initially purchased through Nintendo eShop. If you purchased a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your auto-renewal settings can only be adjusted through the in-app account settings on a mobile device or through your App Store or Google Play Store settings.
When you use a credit card to set up automatic renewal, we may receive updated information from your issuing bank or applicable payment service provider about the credit card. This means we may update the saved credit card's number and expiration date if it is replaced or it has expired. This helps ensure that your subscriptions automatically renew and your purchases complete successfully, even if your credit card information changes.
From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop.
Select the Nintendo Account that purchased the subscription.
Select your user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Your Subscriptions to view a list of in-game passes you are subscribed to.
Select Turn Off Automatic Renewal next to Pokémon HOME Premium Plan to cancel automatic renewal.
If "Turn Off Automatic Renewal" is not available, then automatic renewal has not been set up or has already been cancelled for this service.
