How to Cancel a Pre-Order for a Game on Nintendo eShop

What to do

To cancel your pre-order by yourself, you need access to the Nintendo Account that placed the pre-order and access to either a Nintendo Switch system or an internet browser on a computer or smart device.

What will you use to cancel your pre-order?

Nintendo Switch

1. From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop and select the user that placed the pre-order.

2. Select your user icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.

3. Scroll down to Your Pre-Orders to view the pre-orders you have placed.

4. Select Cancel next to the pre-ordered game you wish to cancel.

Internet browser

1. Visit accounts.nintendo.com and log in with the Nintendo Account that placed the pre-order.

2. Select Shop Menu.

3. Select Your Pre-Orders.

4. Select Cancel next to the pre-ordered game you wish to cancel.
