What to do

1. Restart the console by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, then select Power Options followed by Restart.

   • If the system is frozen or does not respond, hold down the POWER Button for twelve seconds to force the console to shut down, then power it back on.

2. Ensure the console has the latest system update and see if the issue improves.

3. If the issue persists and a microSD card is being used, power off the console and remove the microSD card. Then check if the issue improves.
