2810-1500

• You are unable to sign into your Facebook account on Nintendo Switch. 

• The error code 2810-1500 is received. 

What to Do:

1. Restart the Nintendo Switch console by holding down the POWER Button for 3 seconds, then select "Power Options" > "Restart." 

2. Once the console powers back on, ensure the console connects back to the wireless network.

   • When connected you will see the wireless icon in the top-right corner of the screen with at least one bar of signal strength. 

3. If the error code persists, try again later.
