You are unable to sign into your Nintendo Account, or you are unable to connect to the Nintendo eShop, and you receive the error code 2810-1224.
Complete These Steps:
Restart the Nintendo Switch console.
To restart the console, hold the power button for 3 seconds, select "Power Options" and then select "Restart."
Once the console powers back on, ensure the console connects back to the wireless network.
When connected you will see the wireless icon in the top-right corner of the screen with at least one bar of signal strength.
Wait at least 10 seconds, and then attempt again to sign into your Nintendo Account, or connect to the Nintendo eShop.
