Invalid Postal Code or Address
The postal code or address information entered into the Nintendo eShop Location Settings is invalid.
Re-enter the postal code and address information in the Location Settings.
From the Nintendo eShop, select the "Menu" button from the top-left of the touch screen.
Scroll down and select "Settings / Other."
Scroll down and select "Location Settings."
Select "Delete Address," then select "Yes" to confirm.
Select "Location Settings" again and enter your postal code, then select "OK."
Verify that your city, state, and county are correct, or select the city, state, and county if prompted.
Select "OK" twice to confirm your location settings.
