If you wish to use the online features of your Nintendo 3DS system, you must agree to the Nintendo 3DS Service User Agreement. To read and accept the Nintendo 3DS Service User Agreement, select "System Settings" from the HOME Menu, then choose "Internet Settings." Select "Other Settings," then "User Agreement.
