A physical ticket will be required to be able to purchase from My Nintendo Store at PAX. On this ticket, you will receive a scheduled time for you to line up to make your purchase. Please collect a ticket from My Nintendo Store at one of the following times on each day of PAX until ticket allocations for each session have been exhausted:
The above collection times influence when you will be able to purchase from My Nintendo Store. On your ticket, you will see a scheduled time for you to line up to place your order:
A ticket collected at 10AM will require you to queue at a specific time that falls between 10:30AM and 12PM
A ticket collected at 12PM will require you to queue at a specific time that falls between 12:30PM and 2:30PM
A ticket collected at 2:30PM will require you to queue at a specific time after 3PM
Please line up to purchase at the scheduled time displayed on your ticket. Please retain your ticket when lining up to complete your purchase as this ticket will be collected upon payment. We will not reissue tickets if they are lost or stolen. Strictly one ticket per customer. Allocations are limited.
On the day, times may vary depending on store conditions. To help avoid congestion, please do not line up prior to your scheduled time.
