What to do in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Master all 120 Shrines
By discovering and completing shrines you can acquire Spirit Orbs, which you can then collect and use to gain more Heart Containers or increase your Stamina gauge. Make hunting down all 120 shrines easier by following your Sheikah Sensor, which will beep with increasing regularity when a shrine is nearby.
Fill the Hyrule Compendium
There are hundreds of creatures, monsters, materials, equipment and more to see across Hyrule! Using your Sheikah Slate, bring out your camera to snap pictures and save them to your Hyrule Compendium to discover more about the subject of your photograph.
Uncover Link's Memories
Throughout Hyrule there are lost memories of Link's to discover. Learn more about Link's past with each memory, and re-watch these moments at any time via the Adventure Log!
Find Koroks and expand your inventory size
By finding hidden Koroks around Hyrule you can collect Korok seeds, which you can then exchange with Hestu to increase your inventory space. Keep your eyes peeled, there are quite a few to find and they can turn up in the most unlikely places!
If you own the The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass, you can use the Korok Mask to assist you with your efforts! If equipped, it will shake to inform you when a Korok is nearby.
Achieving 100% completion rate
After finishing the main story you may notice a completion percentage in the bottom left-hand corner of your Map screen. To reach the maximum 100% value you will need to complete every shrine, defeat every boss, obtain every Korok seed, and discover every location! Quite a feat...
There are also many more ways to pass the time, such as obtaining and fully upgrading all Link's armour pieces, but we hope this can keep you occupied for now!
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass
For those of you who have already explored every nook and cranny of Hyrule, you can expand on your adventures with DLC Pack 1 and DLC Pack 2:
Take on Trial of the Sword
Trial of the Sword challenges the player to go through waves of enemies in a total of 45 rooms. By completing the challenge, Link will prove that he has grown worthy, and the Master Sword will be awakened to always be in its glowing, powered-up state while useable.
Turn up the intensity with Master Mode
Master Mode offers unique challenges to the player via stronger enemies and floating platforms. You might even meet higher ranking enemies you don't see in normal mode!
Expand the story with The Champions' Ballad
Following an unseen voice, face a new test. Clear out monster camps, discover new shrines, conquer a huge dungeon and more. Your reward? The Master Cycle Zero. You'll also help Kass complete an unfinished song by his mentor and write verses of his own, revealing unseen scenes from the Champions' and Princess Zelda's past.
