Nintendo Classic Mini Support

    • What should I do if I want to stop playing mid-game?

Press the RESET Button on the Main Unit. This will create a Suspend Point and you will return to the HOME Menu.

If you’d like to continue from where you left off, choose the “Suspend Point” from the lower left of the HOME Menu, and press the Start Button.

      * Unregistered Suspend Points will automatically disappear if you continue the game from a different Suspend Point.

      • When you start a different game.

      • When you turn the Main Unit power OFF.

      * You may also keep the Suspend Points.

      * Registered Suspend Points will disappear when you put them in the trash can and approve the deletion.

    • Can I also use the in-game save features?

For games that have the backup feature, you can save the same way as you did before.

For games that did not have save features back then, you will not be able to save your game in-game. Please save using a Suspend Point.

    • My Suspend Point(s) disappeared, even when I did not delete them. Why did this happen?

Unregistered Suspend Points will be automatically deleted in the following cases.

      • Continue a game from an unregistered Suspend Point

      • Start a new game.

      • Turn the system off.

If you do not want it to be automatically deleted, please register it to the Suspend Point List. If you lock the Suspend Point, it will not be deleted by accident.

    • The game will not start from the Suspend Point. What should I do?

If there is a message on the screen and you cannot continue the game from the Suspend Point, the data is corrupted.

      * Corrupted Suspend Points will disappear when you put them in the trash can for the Suspend Point List and approve the deletion.

    • I thought I had saved the game when I played the game before, but the save data is gone when I start the game again. Is it broken?

There is a possibility that the backup data is corrupted.

If the backup data is corrupted, the system will try to restore it, but if it cannot be restored, the corrupted data will be automatically deleted and the game is restarted. In that case, the data that had been saved up until then will be deleted.

    • What is the 〇〇〇〇 underneath the package image?

It displays the condition of the Suspend Point data.

〇 (transparent): The slot is empty.

      ● (blue): The slot contains a registered Suspend Point.

      ● (orange): The slot contains a registered Suspend Point that is locked.

    • How do I reformat the Main Unit?

Select the Options icon on the HOME Menu and select “Reformat”. Hold down the A Button until the button changes colour. If you select “Reformat” again it will return the system to its factory-default state.

    • Is there no instruction manual for each game?

The instruction manual for each game is posted on the website.

After selecting the Manuals icon on the HOME Menu, read the displayed QR Code with a smartphone, or enter the displayed URL.

    • What is the difference between the orange 2P and the blue 2P display?

Games with the orange 2P displayed are games that can be played by 2 players at the same time.

Games with the blue 2P displayed are games that can be played by 2 players taking turns.
