Audit & Risk Management Officer

Recognised in our sector by an extensive, reputable history and broad product range, Nintendo Australia now requires an Audit & Risk Management Officer to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
Reporting into the Manager Audit & Risk Management, this role is responsible for providing support in JSOX compliance, operational audits, and risk management.

Key requirements for the role include:
Assisting the Manager Audit & Risk Management to meet all JSOX compliance deliverables by required deadlines.
Assisting and supporting the Manager Audit & Risk Management to prepare annual Audit Plans and Test Plans.
Conducting fieldwork as per an outlined test plan and report findings to the audit team.
Preparing Audit Reports based on the audit results.
Developing strong working relationships with relevant members of the business especially the Finance and Accounting team and the Information Systems team to gain an understanding of key processes and risk and areas for improvement.
Assisting department managers to document their department risks in risk registers and to update their internal control manuals.
Assisting with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
To succeed in the role, you will require:
Qualification in Information Technology or similar is required.
Overall knowledge and understanding of IT control environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
Experience as an internal auditor or a similar role is desirable but not compulsory.
Proven report writing skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
