Full Details Revealed on Seldom-Distributed Psychic Pokémon
Available now until May 31, Pokémon Trainers across the Australia and New Zealand can add Deoxys to their Pokédex in a special distribution event via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service.

Deoxys—an impressive Pokémon that can change its Forme—has long captivated fans with its mind-blowing Psychic-type powers and mysterious interstellar origins. Little is known of its past, but Pokémon professors have determined that Deoxys was originally a virus of alien origin: as it plummeted through the atmosphere on a wayward meteorite, the virus passed through a laser beam and mutated to become Deoxys.
Making its first-ever appearance in Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2, Deoxys carries some moves that are special to this distribution. Trainers can torment their opponents with a balanced set of attacks and healing moves like Psycho Boost and Recover, then knock them off balance with Nasty Plot and Dark Pulse, two moves that Deoxys can’t normally learn on its own. If that balanced attack isn’t enough, raw power should be: for the first time, Deoxys arrives at Level 100.
Arriving in a Dusk Ball and holding a Life Orb to boost attack power at the expense of HP, Deoxys boasts the Pressure Ability, which can exhaust opponents by draining extra PP. Deoxys can also change Formes to suit any battle, altering its genome between the visually distinct Normal Forme, Attack Forme, Defense Forme, and Speed Forme if its Trainer brings it to a certain place in Nacrene City.
To participate in the Deoxys character distribution event via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service, players will need:

Play a wild assortment of GamePad games alone or together with friends and family
Wario and his zany friends are back in Game & Wario, a brand new, colourful collection of crazy games exclusively for Wii U! Launching on 29th June, the game utilises the unique setup of the Wii U GamePad controller and the TV screen in innovative and exciting ways for a Wario experience like no other that will keep you coming back for more!
Wario has dabbled in software development since the WarioWare series - and just loves to find new ways to play games with the latest consoles. In Game & Wario, he’s trying his hand at a certain new home console system with a Touch Screen in the centre of its controller… This results in a zany set of games that can all be played using just a Wii U GamePad and a TV screen, whether playing alone or with friends and family.
In Single Player, there are twelve games to enjoy that turn your GamePad into a variety of different objects for different gameplay challenges: use it as a camera, a bow that looses arrows into the TV image, or as a method to steer a skier to the disco, amongst others!
In CAMERA, you’re tasked with snapping photos of escaped criminals with your GamePad! The TV shows a busy street in Diamond City and holding up the GamePad allows you to take a closer look at the scene. Frame those crooks perfectly in your photos to catch them, and earn a high score!
In GAMER, take on the role of 9-Volt, a kid who’s been sent to bed with his favourite handheld gaming system, but is desperate to get a high score… However his mum is prowling around trying to catch him in the act of staying up past his bedtime! While playing microgames on the GamePad, you’ll need to keep an eye on the TV screen which shows 9-Volt’s bedroom, because you’ll have to pretend to be fast asleep whenever his mum pounces! Try to hide-and-play for as long as possible for a high score - just don’t get caught or it’s game over!
You can also try your luck with Chick-N-Win, the chicken-shaped contraption that lays surprise-filled capsules, and get one of over 200 weird and wonderful toys to play with; each one showcasing something fun or eccentric you can do with your GamePad.
Game & Wario also unveils a new twist on playing with others on Wii U: using only the GamePad you can share the fun with friends or family in four different games in the Multiplayer Mode!
In DISCO, you’ll be battling against a friend toe-to-toe in a dance-off, where the players are setting the pace and moves on the GamePad for points. Each player holds one end of the GamePad and tries to outwit his opponent with fancy fingerwork, rhythmically tapping the touch screen in three places to place moves his opponent needs to replicate... Each misstep earns the player’s opponent points – you’ll need the highest score to win – so make sure you can keep in rhythm!
In FRUIT, up to five players play together in different roles: one player becomes a dastardly fruit thief, using the GamePad to work in secret as the others play agents and watch the TV screen, using their powers of observation to find the thief in a crowd and spot when the fruits disappear. The agents have their work cut out for them with bustling streets, passing traffic and smoky chimneys obscuring the view. At the end of the game, each of the agents pass around the GamePad to point out who they think is the thief; but only the most eagle-eyed may win as the line-up of would-be fruit thieves look rather similar!
In ARTWORK, up to five players compete in a sketching showdown to see who can draw and guess drawings the fastest for a high score. Each player takes turns to sketch prompted words as fast as possible on the GamePad, with the other players guessing what the word might be. It’s a frantic test of communication with friends and family as points are earned both for correct guesses and for drawing fast, as one man’s squiggle is another man’s solution!
This game type is also integrated into Miiverse as Miiverse ARTWORK, where you can select one of four prompts to draw in 60 seconds, after which your mini masterpiece, or hilarious doodle, is posted to Miiverse to be appreciated by all! You can even submit your own words to be prompts for others to draw, which may even trend in the Gallery section of Miiverse Artwork as popular words other players are enjoying sketching!
Game & Wario launches exclusively on Wii U across Australia and New Zealand on 29th June, a fun-filled package of sixteen games and hundreds of toys all showcasing the myriad uses of the Wii U GamePad. Unleash Wario’s unique wares on your family and friends for a winter jam-packed with mischief!

Coming soon is the eagerly awaited Nintendo 3DS instalment of Intelligent Systems’ tactical role-playing series Fire Emblem: Awakening. Join the adventure in Australia and New Zealand on the 20th April when packaged and Nintendo eShop versions are launched, or try the demo which is available from Nintendo eShop to give Nintendo 3DS players a taste of the action.

This week you can build a foundation to the saga with detailed information on gameplay, characters and the classes systems at the official Fire Emblem: Awakening website. In addition, you can also read the Iwata Ask: Fire Emblem: Awakening interview with Intelligent Systems.
In Fire Emblem: Awakening, you can create your own character and take him or her on a role-playing adventure. Join Prince Chrom and the Shepherds, and calm the animosity between the kingdoms of Ylisse and Plegia which threaten to turn into war, whilst hordes of undead rise to endanger the world. As commander of your army, devise a plan to rout and crush your enemies in turn-based battles utilising the unique skills of your units. Battles between units are shown as cinematic scenes where you can choose the camera position, for instance to see your finishing blow from a first-person perspective.
Build a formidable army of heroes through allegiances with the many characters you encounter who not only become stronger and more effective from your commands, but also form friendships and marriages to bear children who can fight alongside their parents. So you can choose to play as a matchmaker to bring lovers together, or as a strategist to create the strongest army yet. The progression through your heroes’ relationships makes every player’s game unique. The classic Fire Emblem feature of characters being permanently eliminated if they are defeated in combat is back, however there is the Newcomer Mode where fallen heroes can return to fight in the next battle for RPG fans who want to get into the series.
There are also other radically new features in Fire Emblem: Awakening: you can enjoy lush 3D cutscenes which are fully voiced in English or Japanese, utilise a new tactic where strategically placed characters on the battlefield build Support which increases their relationships and teamwork, and take on the new co-op challenges where you and a friend can connect your Nintendo 3DS and games together locally and take turns in defeating extraordinary enemies.
For the first time in the saga, you will be able to download additional content to expand your adventure via SpotPass and paid-for add-on content available at launch. Via SpotPass you will encounter legendary teams from other Fire Emblem titles in the series, and receive special items, new maps and co-op challenges for free. Via paid-for content you can broaden your core campaign with new battle scenarios that delve deeper into characters’ stories, gain new members in your party and carry over all experience points, items and gold you’ve reaped to your main quest. In addition, the first add-on content map will be free to download for a limited time at launch where you will be able to recruit a special legacy character to your main game!
Fans in Australia and New Zealand have keenly awaited the release of Fire Emblem: Awakening, with US reviewers bestowing glowing reviews, including:
The Escapist, 10 out of 10 – “A game worth buying a 3DS for.”
IGN, 9.6 out of 10 – “The most fluid and stunning strategy RPG experience available on a portable.”
Metro, 9 out of 10 – “Elevates the series to classic status and in the process creates one of the most engrossing and accessible strategy games ever.”

In Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate, you take on the roles of multiple characters from the Belmont family across different eras, each of whom has unique abilities and skills. Featuring a deep strategic combat system and a huge array of combos, you will explore immensely detailed levels and encounter enormous boss fights. The action takes place within a unique, atmospheric setting that features high resolution 3D polygon graphics, and side-scrolling areas that segue seamlessly into full 3D battles.
The game takes place 25 years after the events of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and reveals the story of Gabriel Belmont’s descendants, Simon and Trevor Belmont, as they battle their own destiny only to discover their true, shocking fate. Trevor Belmont, a knight of the Brotherhood of Light, sets out to avenge the death of his mother by his father, who has returned from years of exile to take up residence in a mysterious castle. Gabriel Belmont, who is now the powerful vampire Dracula, has declared war upon the Brotherhood and the scene is set for a cataclysmic showdown between father and son.
Shinji Hirano, the European President of Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH, adds, “Nintendo 3DS is the perfect platform to release the latest instalment in the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow franchise. Because of the console’s unique 3D capabilities and graphical power this will be the best looking portable Castlevania experience ever and will give fans of the series thrilling action on the go.”

The Nintendo Direct Wii U Preview also unveiled new details on software titles that will be available on launch day:
New Super Mario Bros. U: The new 2D platform game introduces a giant world map full of distinctive courses to discover. The GamePad can be used to play solo when the TV is in use and can also be used to assist other players when playing co-operatively. An all-new test of players' Super Mario skills appears in Boost Rush mode, where auto-scrolling courses scroll faster the more coins you pick up, while in Challenge Mode any course can offer completely different gameplay depending on the specific nature of the challenge at hand. From Time Attack to 1-Up challenges, even Mario veterans will need to bring their best game to beat the record!
Nintendo Land: Each of the 12 attractions in this theme park packed with famous Nintendo franchises is a standalone game with multiple levels and gameplay modes. New Metroid Blast footage showed both co-operative and versus multiplayer shooting action, with different roles assigned to players using the GamePad or Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers. In The Legend of Zelda: Battle Quest players can clear nine quests leading to new unlockable levels on their own or working together, using bow and arrows on the GamePad or sword and shield using a Wii Remote Plus and Nunchuk, while solo players can also enjoy the game's Time Attack mode.
FIFA 13: Built on the authenticity, innovation and connection to the real-world of football that the FIFA franchise is known for, the game delivers revolutionary new ways to play FIFA that bring players of all abilities together, making it the most accessible FIFA console game ever made.
ZombiU(TM): New footage from this exclusive survival horror first-person shooter revealed the Tower of London location as well as the Survival Mode in which the player only has one life to survive. The new video also showed the Weapon Crafting feature that allows players to customise their equipment directly on the GamePad, the use of a spraycan to leave messages made up from symbols for other players, plus new online features in which online friends who are turned into zombies will then turn up in the player's game.
RAYMAN® LEGENDS: A video featuring series creator Michel Ancel highlighted how this new 2D platform game creates a unique gameplay dynamic due to the different roles enjoyed by players depending on which controller they are using. The capabilities of the GamePad allow for a very tactile interaction with the game world - pulling objects, turning parts of the level around, protecting the other players and many other unique examples that require ongoing communication between all players too succeed.
Call of Duty®: Black Ops II: The most groundbreaking and viscerally immersive Call of Duty® experience yet. Rooted in near-future fiction, the title features an epic single-player campaign highlighted by branching storylines and non-linear missions, plus a re-imagined multiplayer that introduces players to some of the most cutting-edge weaponry and equipment that 2025 will have to offer.
Mass Effect 3(TM) - Special Edition: In a fight to save the galaxy in this third-person action game with RPG elements and an immersive storyline, players can use the GamePad for a new level of tactical control over the battlefield. An interactive back-story comic gets beginners up to speed on this epic saga while the inclusion of the "Extended Cut" endgame content completes the package.
Nintendo also lifted the lid on two games being created by Platinum Games. The previously unannounced title, BAYONETTA 2 and The Wonderful 101 are both exclusive to Wii U and will be produced by Atsushi Inaba. Known as Project P-100 at E3 and directed by Hideki Kamiya, The Wonderful 101 sees players combine the might of various heroes to fight off an alien invasion, while BAYONETTA 2 is the sequel to the critically acclaimed BAYONETTA(TM)and will be directed by Yusuke Hashimoto.
Capcom's Ryozo Tsujimoto revealed that Monster Hunter(TM) 3 Ultimate will be released for Wii U as well as Nintendo 3DS by March 2013. Fans can play the Wii U game with other players online, or connect to players of the Nintendo 3DS version of the game via a local wireless connection. It's even possible to play at home on Wii U and continue the save file on the go with the Nintendo 3DS version of the game.
Among the wealth of new game footage on display, a humorous new video of the upcoming LEGO® City: Undercover from TT Games was shown, another exclusive Wii U title that lets players assume the role of undercover cop Chase McCain in an open world packed with missions to complete. Players can don a wide variety of disguises to infiltrate different parts of the sprawling cityscape or hop on one of over 100 vehicles to take in its many sights. The GamePad acts as a multi-purpose gadget that can be used to scan the environment for hidden items, receive video messages from HQ and much more.
On Wii U, the Nintendo eShop will see titles which highlight the unique possibilities of the Wii U GamePad, as shown in videos for Trine 2: Director's Cut, Toki Tori 2, and the stylish Nano Assault Neo, which can be played on the GamePad alone.
Existing Wii owners will be pleased to hear that nearly all Wii peripherals will be compatible with the Wii U console - with neither hardware pack including a Wii Remote Plus controller, Wii owners won't need to repurchase peripherals they already own. For players who don't already own a Wii console, Nintendo has created a Wii Remote Plus Additional Set containing a Wii Remote Plus controller, Nunchuk and sensor bar. Most Wii download software is also compatible with Wii U, meaning previously purchased WiiWare and Virtual Console titles will be transferable to the Wii U console.

The release of the Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2 games is quickly approaching, and Nintendo is giving fans yet another reason to be excited for their 11th October launch. Consumers who purchase either of the new games will have the opportunity to connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection (broadband Internet access required) before 12th November to receive the Mythical Pokemon Genesect for the first time ever through a free, limited time distribution. In Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2, players will return to the Unova region and embark on a new adventure set two years after the events of the Pokemon Black Version and Pokemon White Version games.
Genesect, the newly discovered Mythical Pokemon, has been restored from a 300 million year old fossil. Modified by Team Plasma, this Pokemon has a signature move called Techno Blast. Genesect is the only known Pokemon with this move. Genesect is a Bug- and Steel-type Pokemon with the ability to adjust its power levels based on the foe it's battling. This powerful Pokemon will be available from 11th October through 12th November.
The Unova region of Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2 has undergone significant changes, and new additions can be found in both Black City and White Forest. Black Tower is now a part of the Black City found in Pokemon Black Version 2, while White Treehollow is found in the White Forest of Pokemon White Version 2. In Black Tower and White Treehollow, players can do battle with high-level Pokemon to earn Exp. Points and items. The layouts of the Black Tower and White Treehollow are randomly generated, creating a unique experience that will challenge
players to solve their maze-like construction and defeat the Trainers that stand in their way again and again. The Pokemon Dream Radar game will also be available for purchase in the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS on 11th October. This downloadable Nintendo 3DS title allows Nintendo 3DS owners to catch some of their favourite Pokemon, including some very rare ones, and transfer them into Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2. If you do stop to look at whats going on then you wont be disappointed, as each of the 50 rhythm games has their own short story featuring the classic Rhythm Heaven humour. Fans will also be able to switch between the Japanese and English soundtracks covering many musical styles. Some games can be played in co-op mode, so why not invite a friend to play with you? Available as a boxed retail game and as a digital download on Nintendo eShop, bring your very own creatures to life, plucking each designed element from the depths of your mind to create something truly unique. Known as formees, your customised creatures are created on a drawing board featuring a large palette of shapes, body parts and colours that can be put together and tweaked to transform them into pretty much anything. The only limit is your imagination.
As the expanded version of the Nintendo 3DS Download Software title: Freakyforms: Your Creations, Alive!, this eccentric game is packed full of user-generated content and contains a wide range of new features for you to enjoy. Once you've mastered the drawing board and brought a team of formees to life, it is time to explore the side-scrolling platform aspects of the game, exploring your personally customised planet and completing quests as you go.
For the first time, you can now also showcase your formees with other Nintendo 3DS users in multiplayer mode, in addition to sharing them over StreetPass or via QR Codes. It also comes with the option of utilising Download Play, so if you wish to play with a friend who doesn't own the game then they will be able to join in with the creative fun.

Beginning 15th September at selected EB Games and Target stores nationwide, Pokémon fans can receive the newly discovered Mythical Pokémon Keldeo in their copies of Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version. This colourful, incredibly powerful Fighting- and Water-type Pokémon cannot be caught during normal gameplay and this distribution is only for a limited time. Once players receive the Original Form Keldeo in their game, it can be transferred into the new Pokémon Black Version 2 or Pokémon White Version 2 games, arriving in stores on 11th October. In the new games, players will be able to play out a scenario that not only transforms Keldeo into a new form but also teaches it its signature move!
Because the Colt Pokémon cannot be found during normal gameplay, this distribution is the only way Pokémon players can receive it at this time. During the distribution period, 15th September through 10th October, Pokémon fans can bring their handheld console from the Nintendo DS or Nintendo 3DS family of systems and a copy of Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version to selected EB Games and Target stores and receive a Keldeo that knows Aqua Jet, Leer, Double Kick, and BubbleBeam. As a Fighting- and Water-type Pokémon, Keldeo excels at moves that are super effective against seven different Pokémon types: Normal, Fire, Ice, Ground, Rock, Dark, and Steel.
Powerful in its own right, when transferred into Pokémon Black Version 2 or Pokémon White Version 2, Keldeo can learn its signature move, Secret Sword, and transform into Resolute Form, a new look that features a more prominent horn on its head. Secret Sword is a Fighting-type move, well suited to Keldeo's high Special Attack stat. Because Keldeo can learn this move from the very first stages of Pokémon Black Version 2 or Pokémon White Version 2, it will be a powerful ally as you continue your adventure.
This exciting Mythical Pokémon distribution opportunity is for a limited time only, so be sure to head to selected EB Games and Target stores between 15th September and 10th October!
To receive the Original Form Keldeo during the distribution time period, you will need:

New Super Mario Bros. 2 is the first traditional side-scrolling Mario game to be made especially for the Nintendo 3DS system. It offers classic elements that Mario fans will love but also introduces several new concepts that add a fresh spin on the cherished gameplay. This time around, the many courses of the Mushroom Kingdom are littered with more coins than ever to collect - with the challenge of gathering one million as the ultimate goal.
The challenging Coin Rush mode delivers a careful balance between risk and reward, as players are tasked to complete three randomly selected courses while collecting as many coins as possible without ever failing once. Coin Rush scores can be shared as challenges with other players met via StreetPass(TM), while the option to play the entire adventure in Co-op Play together with a friend is another first for a handheld Mario platformer.
New Super Mario Bros. 2 truly is a family affair and will be available in Australian and New Zealand stores and, for the first time, simultaneously as a digital download from Nintendo eShop on 18th August.

Dive into the world of Pokémon like never before when two new Nintendo DS Pokémon games and a downloadable Nintendo 3DS title arrive this October. The Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 games are set to launch for the Nintendo DS family of systems (playable on Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 3DS XL in 2D mode) on 11th October, 2012. The Pokémon Dream Radar game will also be available for purchase in the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS on the same day. This downloadable Nintendo 3DS title allows Nintendo 3DS owners to catch some of their favourite Pokémon, including some very rare ones, and transfer them into Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2.
The Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 games bring players back to the Unova region two years after the events of Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version. Although this game takes place in a familiar region, there are many new areas to discover, and changes to familiar places for you to explore. One new area is Virbank City, home to Pokéstar Studios. Players will be able to visit Pokéstar Studios and star in their own movie with their favourite Pokémon. The movie a player creates premieres at the in-game theatre, where the audience gives it a rating. If a movie does well, players can make additional movies or even create sequels to existing movies. There are many movie genres to choose from, including romance, comedy and horror.
The Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 games will also give fans of the original games a chance to catch up with some familiar friends. In this game, Cheren and Bianca return in new roles. Bianca is now the assistant to Professor Juniper, helping her with Pokémon research and Cheren is now a Gym Leader and a teacher at a school in Aspertia City - the starting location for this adventure.
In these games, players will also be able to catch Pokémon from outside the Unova region - such as Eevee, Riolu, Tyranitar, Arcanine and Mareep- right from the start of the game.
In addition, Nintendo has revealed new information about the Pokémon World Tournament that debuts in Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2. Enter the Pokémon World Tournament, an exciting battle arena where players can challenge numerous Gym Leaders and Champions from previous Pokémon video games. Fans of the series will be able to battle trainers like Lance, Champion from the Johto region, and Volkner, Gym Leader from the Sinnoh region. Players can also use a variety of battle styles and moves found in Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 against these classic opponents.
If playing on Nintendo 3DS, players can also transfer Pokémon they have caught with the Pokémon Dream Radar game into their Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 games. The Pokémon Dream Radar game lets players use several different features of the Nintendo 3DS system, including the Nintendo 3DS camera, motion control and augmented-reality technology, to discover and catch Pokémon, many with special hidden abilities. Players can also catch hard-to-find Pokémon such as the new Therian Formes of Legendary Pokémon Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus.
Also launching later this Spring for purchase on the Nintendo eShop, the new Pokédex 3D Pro application for Nintendo 3DS allows players to learn all about their favourite Pokémon. This enhanced and upgraded version of the original Pokédex 3D includes detailed information on over 640 Pokémon! The Pokédex 3D Pro application includes in-depth sorting, comparison and ranking tools, as well as comprehensive details on what abilities each Pokémon can learn and how it evolves. Players can also take photos of Pokémon in the real world through its unique use of Augmented Reality Viewer.

The Wii U console launches this holiday season and introduces the Wii U GamePad, a controller with a 6.2-inch touch screen that redefines how people interact with their games, their entertainment and one another. Video game publishers from around the world, including Ubisoft, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Electronic Arts, SEGA, THQ and NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc. are demonstrating how their biggest franchises are being reimagined for Wii U.
In addition to the wide array of established brands shown during the Nintendo All-Access Presentation @ E3 2012, Nintendo also revealed new games like Nintendo Land, a Wii U game set in a virtual theme park with a dozen attractions inspired by fan-favourite Nintendo franchises such as The Legend of Zelda and Donkey Kong. Just as the motion-controlled games in Wii Sports helped players discover the fun of the Wii console, Nintendo Land brings the promise of the GamePad to life with a range of single-player and multiplayer experiences.
Nintendo Land introduces the entirely new dynamic of asymmetric gameplay, where the images being displayed on the GamePad are entirely different than what is seen on the TV. Giving the player with the GamePad different information, viewpoints, advantages and objectives creates completely new cooperative and competitive opportunities, and enables novice and advanced players to enjoy games together while not being forced to play above or below their skill level.
"The GamePad doesn't just introduce a new type of gameplay, it redefines an entire dynamic. With asymmetric gameplay, multiple experiences are possible in the same game at the same time. That's transformative," said Nintendo of America President and COO Reggie Fils-Aime. "While games are the focus of this year's E3, the Wii U story also includes the enhanced social connections and integrated entertainment experiences created by the GamePad. We're providing a glimpse of that with the introduction of Miiverse and by revealing partnerships with some of the biggest content providers on the planet."
Mario will leap onto Wii U in New Super Mario Bros. U, a new side-scrolling adventure that introduces new transformations for Mario and the ability for players to play as their Mii characters. The game also introduces the new Boost Mode, which can be used to add blocks, to help players avoid enemies, enable Mario to discover secrets or allow multiple players working together to perform a speed run in record time.
Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto, the creator of a number of original and popular Nintendo franchises, joined the Nintendo All-Access Presentation @ E3 2012 to introduce Pikmin 3, the first original entry in the Pikmin franchise in nearly eight years. The game includes new challenges, new characters and mysterious new Pikmin types. The Wii U GamePad creates new player experiences for the real-time strategy franchise by reinventing the control scheme and challenging players in exciting new ways. Pikmin 3 also takes advantage of the HD capabilities of Wii U to more elaborately depict the rich natural landscapes, various creatures and the lovable Pikmin.
SiNG (working title) is a new interactive musical performance game for Wii U that gets everyone at the party involved in the music. With dozens of popular songs to choose from, everyone from novice singers and dancers to budding stars can join in on the fun. The main performer holds the GamePad while others in the room sing, dance and clap along with the music.
Wii Fit U is a new instalment in the Wii Fit series, a brand that has sold more than 40 million units worldwide. The game combines fun and fitness with new exercises and activities, and incorporates the GamePad in unique ways. It's compatible with the existing Wii Balance Board, and Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus owners can transfer their existing workout data. Nintendo also revealed the Fit Meter, an advanced activity monitor that will be packaged with the game which enables users to track fitness activities throughout the day, and upload that data back into Wii Fit U.
In LEGO City: Undercover developed by TT Games and published by Nintendo, players assume the identity of Chase McCain, an undercover detective armed with clever disguises. As players run, drive and even fly through the city, they'll use the Wii U GamePad as a map, communicator and indispensable crime scanner. This is the first time that the LEGO City play sets have come to life on a gaming platform and it's exclusively on the Wii U console.
Also exclusive to the Wii U is a new franchise from Ubisoft called ZombiU, which puts players in the middle of London circa 2012 where an outbreak has infected the population, destroying their humanity and turning them into mindless monsters. Ubisoft will also bring the highly anticipated Assassin's Creed III to Wii U, as well as Just Dance 4, a new instalment in the Just Dance series.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is supporting Wii U with Batman: Arkham City: Armoured Edition, an enhanced version of Batman: Arkham City, which includes new gameplay that makes distinct use of the unique features of the GamePad. The publisher will also introduce Scribblenauts Unlimited for Wii U, marking the first appearance of the imaginative Scribblenauts series on a home console.
Other Wii U games revealed during the Nintendo All-Access Presentation @ E3 2012 include Mass Effect 3 from Electronic Arts, Darksiders II from THQ, Aliens: Colonial Marines from SEGA, TANK! TANK! TANK! and TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 (working title) from NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc.,Trine 2: Director's Cut from Frozenbyte and Rayman Legends, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013, Sports Connection, Rabbids Land and Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth from Ubisoft.
Nintendo also revealed details about Miiverse, a new network communication system that lets gamers from around the world share experiences, discuss games and discover new content. Using their personalised Mii characters, players enter Miiverse and see games, applications or entertainment content that either they have interacted with recently, expressed interest in learning more about, or that their friends are using or discussing. From here they can challenge their friends to play together, ask a question about a difficult level, or discover new elements of their favourite games that they never knew existed. After a notable achievement or other share-worthy moment, players can pause their game or application and seamlessly post messages to the Miiverse community. Eventually Wii U owners will be able to join Miiverse from a Nintendo 3DS system, PC or any smartphone or Web-capable mobile device.
Nintendo also revealed details about its broader entertainment strategy and the impact that the GamePad will have on how we find, interact with and watch video content. The company is working with Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Instant Video, and YouTube to bring video experiences to Wii U that will take advantage of the integrated second-screen experience.
In addition to the 6.2-inch touch screen and dual analogue sticks, the Wii U GamePad also includes traditional buttons for gaming and the ability to function as a TV remote. Users can change channels or adjust the sound, whether they are playing games or just watching TV. The GamePad is tied to the console and TV, providing a perfectly integrated experience, no matter how it's being used. Prepare to hide behind your couch because Nintendo and TECMO KOEI GAMES are set to re-launch one of the scariest horror titles from the legendary Project Zero series this June exclusively for Wii. With all new motion gameplay features and innovative new two player modes, horror fans looking for interesting ways to get their scares need look no further than Project Zero 2: Wii Edition, launching 28th June 2012 in Australia and New Zealand.
Project Zero 2: Wii Edition is a remake of the classic survival horror game Project Zero II: Crimson Butterfly and sees you take on the role of Mio as she explores a mysterious cursed village with her twin sister Mayu. When Mayu follows a Crimson Butterfly deep into the woods, Mio has no choice but to follow when eventually they stumble across the seemingly abandoned village. Only by helping the girls to uncover the secrets of an ancient ritual and the abandoned village, now permanently shrouded in an eerie darkness, can you hope to escape it's grasp.
As you explore the dark and foreboding village it becomes apparent that you are not alone and the Twins are attacked by the ghosts of the former inhabitants. The spirits that haunt the village can once again only be defeated by using the Camera Obscura, a mythical weapon that allows you to interact with the spirit world. Whenever there is a ghost nearby you will see an indicator at the top of the screen showing how close it is to you; red indicates an evil spirit and blue that the spirit is good or non-offensive. Watch out because they could be behind you waiting to attack!
Project Zero 2: Wii Edition utilises the unique Wii motion controls allowing you to really feel as if you are in the haunted environment, your trusty flashlight is integral when exploring and moving the Wii Remote to explore every inch of the environment will allow you find hidden items and secrets. If you get too scared when reaching out to open doors or while picking up items, then you can release your grip or retract your hand by releasing the A Button. This new functionality can also be used to quickly avoid any ghostly presences which may prevent you from grasping items! So, be careful what you do, because you don't know what is lurking in the darkness and what you might find.
New to Project Zero 2: Wii Edition is the Haunted House mode, a real test of your courage that tries to scare you at every turn. The action is on rails and resembles an amusement park, 'haunted house' ride, by using your Wii Remote and Nunchuk you can move forward and look around your environment using the flashlight. You will be surprised at every corner with a series of increasingly scary situations and ghosts will appear randomly to make you jump.
To add to the fun a second player can join in and actually play against you, they will be able to control when the ghosts appear and also what sounds are emitted by the speaker in your Wii Remote. Their ultimate goal is to scare you so much with their unexpected scenes that you jump out of your seat.
To master the Camera Obscura and battle cursed spirits in the classic story mode and all new innovative Haunted House mode then look no further than Project Zero 2: Wii Edition when it launches on the 28th June 2012.

25th April, 2012 - Nintendo fans will have no shortage of reasons to smile this year as double Mario and Pokémon fun, as well as a new system update are all set to arrive on Nintendo 3DS within the upcoming months.
Nintendo can confirm that it plans to launch New Super Mario Bros. 2, a new, yet traditional side-scrolling Mario adventure game featuring Mario, Luigi and lots of other favourite characters from the Mario universe. The game was created specifically as a pick-up-and-play experience that can be instantly enjoyed by players of all skill levels on the Nintendo 3DS system. The game is set to launch in Australia and New Zealand this August.
Nintendo fans in Australia and New Zealand are in for a double Mario treat, as they can also look ahead to the 24th May launch of Mario Tennis Open for Nintendo 3DS. Mario Tennis Open invites players to step onto the court with Mario and his friends for fast-paced tennis action and a mix of remarkable new tennis challenges. Players can play as their own customised Mii characters and choose from approximately 200 special items, including rackets and tennis gear that not only enhance their character's appearance but also modify their abilities. Players can also suit up their Mii characters with outfits that both resemble and offer the skills of popular Nintendo characters.
Mario Tennis Open will also feature an array of multiplayer options which include local play with friends and family in the same room or Download Play, which will allow up to 4 players to enjoy a game of tennis together using just one Game Card. There is also a very special online multiplayer mode which will allow you to play with friends and family and those in your local region online. If you fancy yourself as a tennis pro then make sure you tackle the regional leaderboard to see if you have what it takes to become a regional champion.
On 25th April, the next System Update is planned for Nintendo 3DS and will provide you with brand new functions to explore. By downloading* this update, you can create folders on the system's HOME Menu to organise your content. This new feature is designed to make it easier than ever for you to access your favourite downloaded games, videos and demos. Other elements of the update include the ability to receive "update data" distributions, such as the Mario Kart 7 "update data" scheduled across Australia and New Zealand in mid-May that resolves shortcut exploits in the game. Once this "update data" is released Mario Kart 7 players will need to ensure that they download it from Nintendo eShop in order to play online.
There will also be two new Pokémon download offerings coming later this year for Nintendo 3DS via Nintendo eShop. The first is a new motion-controlled shooting game which will bring Pokémon into the real world, right in front of your eyes, using the AR (Augmented Reality) features of the Nintendo 3DS system. You will need to move your Nintendo 3DS system and aim at the Pokémon moving around you in order to capture them. You may even have the chance to catch extremely rare Pokémon in this way. Once you have captured some Pokémon you will be able to transfer them to the new Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 games which will launch across Australia and New Zealand for Nintendo DS, but which can also be played on Nintendo 3DS, later this spring.
When deciding your strategies for the new Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 games, the second Pokémon download offering - a brand new Pokédex - is sure to be a big help. The original Pokédex 3D, which became available last year as a free download from Nintendo eShop, contained detailed data on over 150 Pokémon from the first Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version games. But with this new version of the Pokédex, you will be able to check out every single Pokémon in the history of the Pokémon series. There will be many other new features too, so make sure you keep an eye out for further announcements.
If you are a Wii player, would you dare to revisit one of the scariest games of all time? If so, you are in luck as Nintendo and TECMO KOEI GAMES are set to re-launch one of the scariest horror titles from the legendary Project Zero series exclusively for Wii. With all-new motion gameplay features and innovative, new two-player modes, horror fans looking for interesting ways to get their scares need look no further than Project Zero 2: Wii Edition, which will launch in 28th June across Australia and New Zealand.

Pandora's Tower is the latest action-packed RPG to come from Nintendo and will be available exclusively on Wii from 12th April 2012. With real-time combat, motion controls, multiple endings and a unique relationship system, Pandora's Tower offers a unique experience and an epic story that will keep you engrossed for hours.
In Pandora's Tower you take on the role of Aeron, a soldier, as he battles to save his beloved friend Elena from a mysterious curse that is gradually transforming her into a demonic creature. Only by battling through the towers of a nearby fortress can Aeron save her from her gruesome fate. Using his sword and the magical Oraclos Chain, Aeron must defeat the creatures that lurk there and harvest their meat to feed to Elena. Only by eating all of the "master flesh", harvested from the largest monsters within each tower, will Elena be fully cured of the curse and free from its monstrous grip.
By returning to Elena to feed her meat from the smaller monsters, you can slow down the transformation - but only temporarily. You will need to carefully judge when it is best to return to her, as not coming back in time could lead to Elena's permanent transformation into a demonic beast.
Multiple possible endings and a New Game+ mode means that Pandora's Tower has great replay value and by mastering the unique relationship system you can change Aeron and Elena's fate. You must not only decide when to return to Elena to stem the tide of her curse, but also what items to give to her. After spending time speaking to her you will become more familiar with her plight and leaving her to continue your quest may become more difficult. Taking the time to build a bond with Elena could even change the ultimate ending of the story.
While exploring the labyrinthine towers you'll come across a wide variety of items. Mavda, a mysterious travelling merchant who can upgrade your weapons, can create special new items by combining two or more items that you have found on your journey. The items that you have discovered while exploring the towers can be given to Elena as gifts to strengthen your bond or be used to help you on your quest to battle the 13 masters - the choice is yours.
Pandora's Tower features an epic storyline with multiple endings affected by the decisions you make. Explore 13 challenging towers on a mission to save your friend, set to a powerful soundtrack consisting of some of the most popular classical music in the world, including composers such as Verdi and Tchaikovsky. Every decision you make will affect your ultimate success. The choice is yours.
Pandora's Tower launches exclusively for Wii on 12th April 2012.

Over 25 years after the launch of the original Kid Icarus, Kid Icarus: Uprising comes to Nintendo 3DS on 29th March
Nintendo has revealed new details about the storyline and single-player game play in Kid Icarus: Uprising, which will launch exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS system on 29th March. Over 25 years after the launch of the original Kid Icarus game for NES, Kid Icarus: Uprising brings the action and adventure of this beloved series to new heights.
Introduction: The game's story begins with the return of the Queen of the Underworld, Medusa, and her Underworld Army. Pit, a heroic angel, with the help of Palutena, goddess of light and guardian of the human race, must combat the forces of darkness as he battles Medusa and her minions by air and by land.
Fiend's Cauldron: An incredible new system that allows players to customise their play experience, the Fiend's Cauldron lets players adjust their desired Intensity ranging from 0.0 to 9.0 for each individual Chapter. As the Intensity increases, enemies will be more aggressive, have more energy and hit harder but players will be able to earn more Hearts and more powerful weapon drops by defeating them. Hearts are also used by players to purchase new weapons. The standard Intensity is set at 2.0 but players can precisely adjust this by 0.1 increments. In order to increase the Intensity, players must bet by placing an increasing number of Hearts into the Fiend's Cauldron. If the player is defeated during the Chapter, some Hearts will be lost and the Intensity will automatically be lowered.
Weapons: A wide variety of collectible weapons offers an extraordinary amount of replay value. With nine different categories of weapons, ranging from Divine Bows to Shot Claws, players can learn the unique characteristics of each weapon and determine which is best suited for each battle and their style of play.
Vehicles: Pit will have access to special vehicles during certain parts of his adventure, such as the Exo Tank. Pit can use the tank's powerful drift ability to defeat enemies with the tank's ramming horn.
Stand: Kid Icarus: Uprising uses a control scheme designed to fit the game's unique blend of flight, shooting and melee combat, and offers tremendous precision, speed and depth that rewards dedicated players. The left hand uses the Circle Pad, while the right uses a stylus, both at the same time. Every copy of the game will come with a free stand that holds the Nintendo 3DS at an angle above any flat surface, and provides players with a new kind of gaming experience.
Circle Pad Pro: Kid Icarus: Uprising is compatible with the Circle Pad Pro accessory, offering an alternate control scheme for left-handed players. With the Circle Pad Pro, the player holds the stylus in their left hand and uses the Circle Pad with their right hand.
More details about Kid Icarus: Uprising will be revealed closer to launch.
Keep an eye on the offical Kid Icarus gamesite for upcoming information.

So you thought the party season was over? Well, it's only just begun as Mario and friends are back in an all-new entertaining family board game as Mario Party 9 launches on Wii 8th March 2012. The latest instalment in the ever-popular Mario Party franchise introduces all-new game modes, battles against bosses and playable characters from the Mushroom Kingdom, making Mario Party 9 a party that everyone will want to be a part of.
The latest addition to the Mario Party series encourages you to think one step ahead of your opponents to collect the most Mini Stars and defeat Bowser. Bowser and his buddies have stolen all the Mini Stars in the sky and it is up to you to achieve the ultimate goal of winning them all back, in order to become the Super Star.
Party Adventure is a new board game mode which rewrites the Mario Party rule book by allowing four people to move through the board in one vehicle. Players take turns as Captain of the vehicle by hitting Dice Blocks to move the party forward, hoping to land on lucky spaces. The vehicles also help to streamline game play and keep everyone involved in the action. This game mode challenges you to work with and against your rivals to compete in exciting Mini games to get the stolen Mini Stars back from Bowser and restore the shimmering night sky.
Mario Party 9 includes 80 brand new Mini games, accessible to all Mario fans and which will find players making pizzas, escaping haunted mansions, and even racing snowmobiles. When playing on a board, the type of space the vehicle lands on determines what type of Mini game is played.
Boss Battle is a brand new Mini game where up to four players must put their differences aside and combine their powers to defeat a series of classic Mario boss characters to collect Mini Stars, leading to a final showdown with Mario's ultimate nemesis, Bowser. Prepare for a survival horror experience when Resident Evil: Revelations launches exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS system in Australia and New Zealand on 2 February 2012. Developed by Capcom specifically to take advantage of the Nintendo 3DS features, Resident Evil: Revelations will be available to players as a standalone game, but can also be played with the new Circle Pad Pro, also available 2 February 2012. The Circle Pad Pro is a second analogue stick with two more shoulder buttons, enabling you to interact with the environments in Resident Evil: Revelations in new ways.
Set in 2005, Resident Evil: Revelations uncovers truths from the Resident Evil storyline between Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5 and is packed with terrifying moments that deliver a constant fear of the unknown through an intense storyline which is full of depth.
Intertwining story themes work together to build a brand new narrative with new locations and characters bringing intrigue and suspense around every corner. Series favourite characters from previous Resident Evil games return including Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield plus new BSAA members and head of the BSAA Clive R. O'Brian and mysterious agent Raymond Vester.
Jill Valentine and BSAA partner Parker Luciani have been sent to search for Chris Redfield, whose last known GPS data positions him as being onboard a supposedly abandoned cruise ship. Danger hides around every corner as you explore the confined space of the ship and face menacing new enemies and a virus; the T-Abyss.
Resident Evil: Revelations heralds the return of classic Resident Evil game play. In Campaign Mode you can investigate a range of different locations including the dark cramped spaces of a cruise ship and some treacherous snow covered mountains. With limited ammo and weapons, you fight off the infected enemies that lurk around every corner.
The brand new Raid Mode offers a different kind of Resident Evil gameplay experience, separate to the main campaign story, in either solo or co-op play. Compete in single player or
two player co-op as Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield on a variety of missions to defeat enemies. Earn points for the enemies you attack and select from a range of upgrades to improve your weapon's performance as well as levelling up your character. Both Campaign Mode and Raid Mode will provide players with a rich experience full of depth that will keep players continually engrossed in the game.
Built from the ground up specifically to make the best use of the Nintendo 3DS capabilities, players can now add a fourth control scheme to their Nintendo 3DS gameplay experience with the new Circle Pad Pro accessory which attaches to the Nintendo 3DS system. Use specific button combinations for more effective or expert play, or as a traditional "twin-stick shooter". You can also make use of the Touch Screen to solve puzzles, switch between weapons more easily and check out the labyrinthine map.
Experience this intense survival horror which is only available on your Nintendo 3DS system.

With the ability to drive underwater and glide through the air to find new shortcuts, all new kart customisation options, online play, brand new and enhanced retro courses and fun new race modes, Mario Kart 7 for Nintendo 3DS offers something for every racing fan when it launches in Australia and New Zealand on 3rd December 2011.
Mario Kart 7 gives you the chance to make the Mario Kart experience your own, in a customised kart made to your specifications. Players can race on land, underwater or through the air using new abilities which have been introduced especially for Mario Kart 7. The gliders automatically deploy when you launch off a ramp, allowing you to fly through the air or the new ability to drive through water, giving you new ways to overtake your rivals no matter what the terrain.
Nintendo is also introducing four new characters to the Mario Kart roster. Play as Metal Mario, first seen in Super Mario 64 (Nintendo 64), Lakitu, Honey Queen, the queen who ruled over the bees in the Super Mario Galaxy (Wii) series, and Wiggler, Mario's iconic caterpillar-like enemy. In true Mario Kart tradition you can also choose to race as one of your favourite Mario characters, with popular characters making a special comeback in Mario Kart 7, including Rosalina, Daisy and Mario's rival Wario. In addition to these well-known characters, players can use their own personal Mii character as their racer. This large choice allows you to choose your favourite character and tweak your kart to create a tailor-made racing experience.
Mario Kart fans will enjoy mastering the 16 new courses, including Piranha Plant Pipeway, Wario's Galleon, Koopa City and Wuhu Mountain Loop, a rally course where you can race along an 'A to B' route, rather than the traditional three-lap route. Mario Kart 7 also includes some retro courses that fans will recognise, such as Mushroom Gorge from the Wii version and Luigi's Mansion from the Nintendo DS version. Fans can look forward to mastering 32 courses, made up of 16 new and 16 remastered retro courses returning in Mario Kart 7, including shortcuts and features that utilise the new abilities to glide through the air and drive underwater.
Players can also unlock parts for their karts by collecting coins during their races. Each customisable part gives you a competitive edge when racing in the different environments. Build your kart from a combination of frame, wheels and - for the first time - glider. A selection of frames such as Growlster,
Pipe Frame, Tiny Tug, Cact-X and Barrel Train can be added to a selection of wheels such as Slim, Slick, Wooden or Mushroom wheels to gain an edge over the varying terrains on the courses.
Mario Kart 7 brings together racers worldwide; simply connect wirelessly -locally or over the Internet-, to race against friends and Mario Kart fans from across the globe. You can even construct your own Communities and define your racing mode and items, so you can play your way against your friends.
The StreetPass functionality of the Nintendo 3DS system allows you to exchange data from your game with other players, including: player profiles that show VS Rating, win and loss records and the number of coins you've collected throughout the game. With SpotPass(TM) enabled you can receive a variety of ghost data to race against, even allowing for a full eight player race between you and the ghost data. All of this data will be available to players via the Mario Kart Channel within the game, for all StreetPass and SpotPass users.
Other new features you can look forward to include the Lucky Seven item, a brand new power-up that grants the driver a ring of seven different items: the Green Shell, Red Shell, Dash Mushroom, Banana, Bob-omb, Super Star and Blooper. With this power-up you now have seven different items at your disposal, and you have control over which to use. Other new items available for the first time in Mario Kart 7 include the Fire Flower that allows you to throw balls of blazing fire at your challengers and the Super Leaf, which makes the fan favourite Tanooki Tail appear on the back of your kart to knock other drivers and items out of the way.
Capture 3D Video, enjoy new StreetPass Mii Plaza fun, and more, with the upcoming system update!

Nintendo is pleased to announce that the RSPCA has officially endorsed nintendogs(TM) + cats, a video game currently available on Nintendo 3DS(TM). Australian singer and animal lover Jessica Mauboy has also joined forced with Nintendo and RSPCA and will be appearing in Nintendo's latest television ads.
"If like me, you just don't have the lifestyle where you can look after a puppy or kitten of your own - whether you travel a lot, live in an apartment, or work long hours - nintendogs + cats is the perfect companion for you", says Jessica.
The RSPCA was thrilled to officially endorse nintendogs + cats, and it was not something that was taken lightly. Kellie Rutherford, RSPCA Partnerships Manager explains: "The RSPCA science team spent many hours with nintendogs + cats to ensure it was a game that promoted responsible ownership of a puppy or kitten. Every aspect of the game was carefully looked over to ensure it aligned with the RSCPA's key messages".
nintendogs + cats lets you find the puppy or kitten that's right for you and just like owning a real one, the more you train, care and love your puppy or kitten, the happier and more rewarding they become. Watch as your puppies and kittens learn to recognise your face, and you can even hold them in the palm of your hand with the Augmented Reality feature. Show affection towards them, and train them regularly and soon enough they will be running up and licking the screen with excitement when they see you.
All in amazing 3D without the need for special glasses, and recommended by the RSPCA! The RSPCA has endorsed nintendogs + cats because it helps teach players the real responsibilities of owning a puppy or kitten - walking them regularly, feeding them, washing them and making sure they get lots of love and attention.
Create a loving bond with your puppy or kitten, just like Jessica.

To mark the 25th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda, the critically acclaimed video games series, Nintendo announces the launch of 'Make Your Own Zelda Flipnote' - a competition which goes live today to find some of the best, original Zelda-inspired Flipnote animations from across the globe using the Nintendo DSiWare software Flipnote Studio, which is exclusively available for Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL.
Flipnote Studio is a fun and easy-to-use piece of software which is available for free to owners of Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL handheld consoles. It allows players to create their own unique and inspired short animations which can then be viewed online via a special service accessible with the Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL: Flipnote Hatena*.
The 'Make Your Own Zelda Flipnote' competition, which is open for entries now and closes on the 10th of September 2011 at 7:59 AUS EST, invites Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL owners to create and submit their own animated Zelda Flipnote, celebrating memorable scenes, unique characters and challenging puzzles from across Zelda's 25-year history. Using one of a few provided sample Flipnotes, aim to unleash your Zelda imagination by creating an original animation; animate Ganon battling, have Princess Zelda being rescued or perhaps animate Link solving a puzzle in one of the many dungeons featured in The Legend of Zelda series of video games.
Each entrant will be able to submit a single animation which will be judged by key members of the Nintendo Co., Ltd. development team who have been closely involved in the making of The Legend of Zelda series of games. Mr Takashi Tezuka, Mr Eiji Aonuma, Mr Yoshiaki Koizumi and the original creator of Zelda and Mario, Mr Shigeru Miyamoto will be looking for and choosing some of the most original creative Flipnotes which will then be posted on Flipnote Hatena on Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL and the Nintendo Channel for other Zelda fans to marvel at.
This global competition is part of a special 25th Anniversary website for the Legend of Zelda series. Visit the official The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary website to find out more about the The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert Tour which will be stopping off in London on 25th October 2011 for a one-off European date, as well as watch a Symphony Orchestra performance from the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2011 and delve into the history of The Legend of Zelda series.
