Everybody’s favourite anti-hero, Wario is off to satisfy his
greedy desires by stealing treasure and gold from the Golden Pyramid.
To gather the treasure, Wario will have to endure many hardships.
The objective in each level is to collect various treasures,
find the key and quickly find the exit of each level before the
time limit runs out. In classic Wario Land fashion, players must
use brute strength to charge through obstacles and use puzzle-solving
skills to progress through tricky areas and uncover more treasure.

- Wario Land 4 is one of the best looking Game Boy Advance games
yet. Wacky graphics with a range of bizarre settings and a real
sense of atmosphere.
- A vast colour pallet has been used, utilising Game Boy Advance's capacity to create deep, vivid, translucent colours and bright colourful levels.
- The background features breathtaking backgrounds: caverns overflow with molten lava, bees buzz around flowers and rain splashes against streams.
- Wario’s character animation has brought him to life as he runs, rolls, jumps, smashes and bashes through walls without missing a beat.

- Wario offers a great balance between platform and puzzle elements
that gives this game a totally original feel. The blend of action
and puzzle has been greatly improved in Wario Land 4, making
for a more entertaining adventure than ever before.
- Wario’s adventure starts off with a training level to introduce players to the character’s abilities.
- 4 difficulty levels will provide the perfect challenge to both newcomers and Wario veterans looking for that extra challenge.
- Every level has 4 chests, 1 key, 1 secret CD, and many hidden walls and floors that can be broken to find hidden treasures.
- Wario has the ability to transform into Vampire Bat Wario, Zombie Wario, Fat Wario, Springy Wario, Squashed Wario, Burning Wario and many more.
- Once Wario reaches the end of the level, he has to run all the way back to the start before the level blows up.

- The music in Wario Land 4 is weird, wacky and sounds great
through stereo headphones.
- Original and entertaining tunes add to the sense of humour and fun the game exudes.
- Players can collect CDs in the levels that can be listened to in the Music Room, every CD even has its own film clip.
