Pokemon
Trainers and Masters unite! An all new Pokemon adventure begins. Over
100 new Pokemon plus many of your favourites. Stunning new worlds.
Enhanced graphics. 2-on-2 battles.
In the latest versions there are
two new teams of evil doers. In Pokémon Ruby players must thwart
Team Magma’s plans to cause volcanic eruptions and extend the
landmass. In Pokémon Sapphire, players must thwart Team Aqua’s
plans to control the weather to raise the
water levels of the oceans.
In the quest
to become the Pokémon Champion, players explore
an all new island called Hoenn, which is
inhabited with never before seen Pokémon. The region of Hoenn
is also bigger than the previous worlds
of Johto and Kanto, with 16 different towns and cities to visit,
with hidden caves and underwater areas
to explore.
There
is more than just new Pokémon to excite players, with
many unique features never before seen
in a Pokémon game. For
the first time ever Pokémon Trainers can battle it out in 2-on-2
battles. Given that each Pokémon offers unique strengths and
weaknesses, doubling the number of Pokémon that can battle
at once, greatly enhances the depth of
strategy and cunning trainers can employ.
This feature also allows 4 players to battle
it out in teams of two.
