The year is 19XX AD, and the human race has been brought to its knees by the resurrected ancient Beast Lord. Faced with extinction, the people brought Rygar, a legendary warrior, back to life. He must now fight to save his race.
As Rygar, you are armed with your trusty Disk Armour and must make full use of your strength and agility to venture through and clear all 27 stages. And don't forget to collect everything you see – the game is full of hidden bonuses!
